RECIPE - Farofa -

Farofa turns out to be a dry and crunchy surprise, which comes with most of the dishes along with rice and feijão.


  • Mandioc flour
  • Onion
  • Dendé oil
  • Butter


1. Sauté the chopped onion with the dendé oil and the butter.

2. Add the manioc flour and sauté till the flour gets orange and dry.

3. Season. Easy!
